How to order

There are three methods of purchasing products.

(1) The on-line shop with card payment.

This is very easy. Select items to go in your shopping basket one by one. When you have selected all you want, go to “checkout”. You are asked for delivery details and then you are taken to the secure PayPal site for payment by debit or credit card. You may complete your payment without having to open a PayPal account. You will receive email confirmation of your order. You can also print out order confirmation from our web site.

(2) By order form with payment by cheque or BACS transfer.

You can print out an order form (Click here), fill it in with your selection, and post or FAX it to us. Our address can be found at Contact Us

(3) By phone with payment by cheque or BACS transfer.

Phone in your order instead of filling out the order form if you find that easier (but we regret card payment is not available with this ordering method).

Credit Card Security

Synthetic Phonics Ltd does not process or retain your credit card details. When you checkout and pay for your products you temporarily leave the Synthetic Phonics Ltd website and are connected to PayPal through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) when  PayPal’s security and encryption system takes over. PayPal is a very well known payment collection company used by major international businesses and offers a high level of security to the user. Postage and Packing

Postage and packing are included in the price of goods. Postage is calculated for UK delivery. For destinations outside the UK there may be a small additional charge for postage. Please email, FAX or phone for a quote.
